We are working with a well-established mid-market investment bank looking to hire an Associate to join its growing Digital Infrastructure team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly active advisory platform, offering strong M&A deal exposure, direct interaction with senior bankers, and the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute M&A transactions across the Digital Infrastructure sector.
• Develop and review financial models, valuations, and transaction analyses.
• Prepare client presentations, marketing materials, and transaction documentation.
• Work closely with senior bankers and clients throughout deal execution.
• Support strategic advisory mandates and business development initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

• Current Investment Banking Associate with strong M&A execution experience.
• Digital Infrastructure transaction experience is essential.
• Background in TMT, Infrastructure, or sector-focused M&A.
• Excellent financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working in a lean, entrepreneurial, and execution-focused environment.
