An established Atlanta transactional platform is expanding its corporate practice and offering something increasingly difficult to find sophisticated M&A and private equity work, strong compensation and meaningful responsibility.
The calibre of the wider platform is significant. Attorneys at the firm recently advised as real estate counsel on a ~$2.7 billion corporate transaction involving the sale of a major wealth-management business to a leading private equity sponsor.

The Work
You’ll advise clients through major stages of their business lifecycle, including:
• Mergers & acquisitions
• Private equity and strategic investments
• Joint ventures and business combinations
• Corporate structuring and governance
• Commercial agreements
• General strategic corporate matters
Ideal Background
• 5+ years of sophisticated corporate / transactional experience
• Strong M&A experience
• Commercial, solutions-oriented approach to advising clients
