Zen Health is hiring! We’re growing our team of licensed mental health professionals to serve residents in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted living, and memory care communities throughout Northwest Indiana.

Whether you’re newly licensed, an experienced clinician, or looking for additional clinical hours alongside your existing practice, we’d love to connect.

What You’ll Do

Build relationships with residents and provide care that supports their emotional well-being. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
• Providing individual psychotherapy and group services, as appropriate
• Helping residents navigate emotional challenges, life transitions, and behavioral health needs
• Collaborating with facility staff to support consistent resident care
• Maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation in our electronic health record system

Who We’re Looking For

Professionals with an active license authorizing practice in Indiana as a:

• Clinical Psychologist (PhD/PsyD)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Both newly licensed and experienced clinicians are welcome. We’re looking for compassionate professionals who enjoy building relationships, work well with a team, and value thoughtful, resident-centered care.

• Billing, claims processing, and follow-up
• Insurance verification and credentialing
• Facility coordination and scheduling assistance
• Electronic health record support
• Guidance on documentation and clinical workflows
