What You'll Find at EvidencePTMeaningful Clinical Practice
Treat a diverse outpatient population, including general orthopedic and neurological conditions, with opportunities to develop or expand your interests in sports rehabilitation, injury prevention, vestibular rehabilitation, concussion management, TMJ, and pelvic health.
Continued Clinical Development
Our Clinical Excellence Program provides ongoing education, case discussions, hands-on learning, and opportunities to collaborate with other clinicians.
Opportunities to Mentor and Lead
If you enjoy teaching and helping others grow, there are opportunities to participate in clinical mentorship, develop specialty programs, and pursue leadership roles.
Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities

Compensation & Benefits- Full-time starting salary: $90,000+, depending on experience and qualifications

Who We're Looking For- Maryland-licensed Physical Therapists
- Two(2) years minimum of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
- Clinicians who value teamwork, continued learning, and professional growth
