What Will You Own?

• Your team. Lead and develop a team of 4, reporting directly to the owner.
• The close. Own month-end close and job costing, and make them faster, cleaner and more useful.
• The cash. Own the 13-week cash-flow forecast the business runs on.
• The controls. Oversee AR/AP and keep the company audit-ready and tax-ready.
• The future. Lead the selection and rollout of a new ERP and job-cost system.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• 7+ years of accounting experience, including 3+ years leading a team
• Hands-on month-end close and job costing
• Advanced Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Bonus Points

• QuickBooks, Sage, Viewpoint or Foundation
• Experience in construction, building materials, manufacturing or distribution
• ERP implementation
• Unit cost accounting
• CPA
