Litigation Attorney | Up to $180K Base Salary + Bonus | Hybrid in New Jersey
I am currently working with a firm based in New Jersey who are actively seeking to hire an Attorney as they look to increase headcount. In terms of the opportunity, here are the headlines:

- Municipal Focus: Represent a variety of Municipal clients in a variety of Litigation matters; across Employment Law, Education Law, Government matters as well as other State, Federal and Supreme Court Defense Matters
The Role
- Case Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio of municipal and education law matters, providing comprehensive legal representation to school boards, municipalities, and public entities across New Jersey.
- Legal Research & Writing: Conduct in-depth legal research and draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and other documents to support complex litigation and advisory matters.
- Client Advisory & Interaction: Serve as a trusted advisor to public officials, administrators, and educators - offering timely updates, strategic counsel, and practical solutions to legal challenges.
- Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with experienced partners and senior attorneys on high-impact cases, gaining hands-on experience and meaningful responsibility from day one.
The Package
- Up to $180K Base
