Tax Manager

SNI Financial is partnered with a longstanding client, top 100 places to work in CT, that is seeking a Tax Manager to join its growing finance organization and take ownership of a broad range of tax compliance, indirect tax, and M&A-related activities. This is a hands-on opportunity for a tax professional to help build and improve the company’s internal tax function across a complex, multi-entity organization.

Tax Manager

• Manage federal, state, and local income tax compliance across dozens of entities, including approximately 12 owner trust returns.
• Lead sales and use tax compliance, strengthening processes and training operations/procurement teams on tax requirements.
• Support M&A tax diligence and manage post-acquisition tax compliance as the company continues to grow.
• Partner across finance and operations to centralize tax compliance, improve controls, and build scalable processes.
