Role Overview

We are hiring a results-driven Account Executive for a growing healthcare SaaS company. This role focuses on B2B outbound sales, prospecting, and client acquisition within the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Recent graduates or early-career candidates with strong communication and interest in sales.

• Conduct outbound calls to hospitals and healthcare organizations.
• Engage facility managers and key decision-makers.
• Qualify prospects and manage leads through the sales pipeline.
• Present SaaS solutions and drive new business.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records.
• Meet or exceed sales and call activity targets.

Requirements:

• B2B outbound sales and cold-calling experience.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship available.

Preferred:

• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar CRM.
• Healthcare or SaaS sales experience.
