Associate Veterinarian

I'm currently working with a long-established small animal hospital in Morgantown, West Virginia, that is looking to welcome a Veterinarian to its friendly and experienced team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a practice that has been caring for pets in the local community for over 40 years, combining the feel of a trusted neighbourhood clinic with the support and resources of one of the fastest-growing veterinary networks in the country.

This full-service hospital offers a broad range of medical and surgical services, allowing you to practice high-quality medicine across wellness, preventative care, diagnostics, dentistry, surgery, and urgent care. The clinic is equipped with modern diagnostic capabilities and provides the clinical freedom to work cases your way, while being surrounded by an experienced support team that genuinely enjoys collaborating. Whether you're an experienced veterinarian or an early-career DVM looking for mentorship, you'll have access to structured development programs, continuing education, leadership pathways, and a nationwide network of veterinary professionals to support your growth.

The team prides itself on delivering compassionate, personalised care and has built an outstanding reputation within the community, reflected by consistently excellent client reviews. Backed by a veterinarian-led organisation, you'll benefit from the autonomy of a locally respected practice while enjoying exceptional benefits, career progression opportunities, and a culture that truly values its people.
