Insurance Careers, Inc. is conducting a confidential search for a rapidly growing national insurance brokerage seeking an accomplished insurance executive to oversee multiple Property & Casualty insurance agencies throughout the Southeast. This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven leader with extensive experience in insurance agency operations, financial performance, business development, and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide executive leadership and operational oversight for multiple insurance agencies and their management teams.
• Drive profitable growth, operational efficiency, and agency performance.
• Oversee P&L, budgets, revenue growth, and financial results.
• Lead the integration of newly acquired agencies, while maintaining existing client relationships and employees
• Develop and mentor leadership teams while maintaining strong carrier and client relationships.
• Qualifications:
• Extensive senior management experience within a Property & Casualty insurance agency or brokerage.
• Strong knowledge of Commercial Lines; Employee Benefits knowledge a plus.
• Proven success managing multiple offices, agency operations, and personnel.
• Demonstrated P&L responsibility and business growth.
• Experience improving operational efficiency and bringing multiple agency teams together under a unified structure.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Prefer Bachelors Degree/Insurance Industry Designtions

Florida-based candidates preferred. Southeast regional travel required.
