V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Sr Desktop Support Tech for our premier client in Richmond, VA.

Education and Experience:

Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Considerable knowledge of pc hardware, peripherals & networks
• Considerable knowledge of Laptop Refresh
• Ability to use software tools (SCCM, Remote Desktop, Dameware etc) to remotely connect to workstations.

• A strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software, including drivers and bios.
