- Lead group reporting, month-end close and consolidation under IFRS / US GAAP, with strong internal controls
- Oversee international tax, transfer pricing, treasury, FX and banking relationships
- Lead financial modelling, transaction readiness and due diligence for M&A, including sell-side processes
- Present insights to leadership and the Board, and partner with investors, bankers and advisors
- Build, mentor and lead high-performing finance teams in the US and India, with clear ownership and deadlines
- Drive finance transformation and automation
WHAT YOU BRING
- Essential: proven M&A and transaction experience, including financial modelling, sell-side processes and coordinating due diligence
- 15–20+ years of progressive finance leadership, including experience as a Group CFO, CFO or Deputy CFO
- Hands-on experience with multi-entity, onshore and offshore structures, international tax and transfer pricing
- Confidence working with Boards, founders and senior leadership teams
- CA, CPA, CFA, MBA (Finance) or equivalent
- Bonus: experience in BPO or legal services
TRACTION (EOS) OPERATING SYSTEM
The CFO must personally implement and adopt the Traction (EOS) operating system, and ensure 100% adoption by all direct and indirect reports, including Level 10 meetings, Scorecards, Rocks and the Accountability Chart.
LOCATION & TRAVEL
- Location: North America, preferably the East Coast
- India travel is required: 5–10 working days during onboarding, at least one further visit in the first year, and at least two visits annually thereafter
WHY JOIN US
- A seat at the executive table during an exciting growth phase
- The chance to build and shape a global finance organization
- A collaborative, accountable culture built on EOS
- International exposure working closely with our India teams
If you’re a strategic finance leader who loves building teams and scaling businesses, we’d love to hear from you.
