Job Description: This is a full-time, on-site Quality Control Inspector role located in Perry, OH. The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for inspecting diamond products and components throughout the production process to ensure they meet established specifications and quality standards to assure adherence to ISO 9001:2015.

 Daily tasks include performing visual and dimensional inspections, documenting inspection results, identifying nonconforming materials, and working with production teams to resolve quality issues.

The role involves following standardized procedures, using measurement tools and inspection equipment, and maintaining accurate records for traceability and continuous improvement.

The inspector will collaborate closely with supervisors, engineers, and colleagues to support a safe, efficient, and quality-focused manufacturing environment.

·        Must be able to interpret mechanical drawings and schematics.

·        Use the Company’s electronic document control system to access necessary technical drawings, specifications, and or procedures.

·        Use the Company’s electronic non-conformance tracking system to document non-conformances. Documents all non-conformances relative to supplied material (i.e. supplier non-conformance, engineering error, internal damage, obsolete part, etc.).

·        Able to communicate with internal departments at a professional level on inspection and investigations.

·        Candidates will perform Zoller and Keyence programming daily along with the use of optical comparators / microscopes for visual inspection. Will train onsite.

·        Prepares and maintains routine inspection documentation.

·        Performs first article inspection on new and/or prototype parts and documents according to established procedures.

·        Manage site calibration activities and recordkeeping.

The base pay for this position is $25 - $33 per hour.
