Lets In Mental Health & Recovery is a nationally-accredited, state-licensed behavioral health organization committed to access to care for people and access to opportunity for providers. We are expanding quickly across the continuum of care and across the United States.
We are hiring a full-time Mental Health Operations Manager to manage the operational side of our mental health services in collaboration with our CEO, Executive Director, and clinical partners as we grow.
What you'd do
- Develop operations protocols in collaboration with the Executive Director
- Manage state licensure, certification, and enrollment applications
- Keep one calendar of licenses, renewals, and deadlines across states
- Lead day-to-day accreditation readiness for current and new sites
- Stand up new clinic sites and service lines
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of behavioral health or licensed healthcare operations experience
- Hands-on state licensure, accreditation, and/or Medicaid enrollment experience
- Strong procedure writing and project follow-through
- Preferred: behavioral health licensure or experience, and TMS operations experience
