Job Summary
Seeking a mid- to senior-level Civil Engineer with strong land development and site design experience. Responsible for civil design, grading, drainage, stormwater management, utility layouts, permitting, and project coordination from planning through construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review site development, grading, and drainage plans.
- Design stormwater management systems and utility layouts.
- Coordinate zoning applications, permits, and regulatory approvals.
- Support construction administration and resolve engineering issues.
- Coordinate with clients, developers, architects, contractors, and government agencies.
- Manage project schedules, technical documentation, and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with local and state regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Civil engineering and land development experience.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and civil design software.
- Experience with site layout, grading, stormwater management, and utility design.
- Knowledge of zoning, permitting, and construction administration.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
