About RipeGlobal
RipeGlobal is building the Clinical Performance Platform for healthcare, where revenue is driven by training. We combine AI-enabled simulation hardware with AI clinical training and whole-team coaching to scale advanced performance for doctors and their teams. Our dental skills development method is already used by dentists worldwide in 35 countries. As we take our AI-enhanced platform to market and head into a Series A raise in 2027, we're growing our core engineering team.
The role
We're looking for a keen, early-career software engineer based in North America who has cut their teeth at a large tech organization such as Google, Apple, Microsoft, HubSpot or Netflix. You'll work with a globally distributed team and our external lab partners, so you'll be comfortable collaborating across time zones. You'll know what great engineering culture looks like, and you'll want to help build one. You'll work across our platform, from AI-driven training experiences to the software behind our simulation hardware, shipping work that directly improves how clinicians learn and perform.
What you'll do
- Design, build and ship features across the Clinical Performance Platform
- Work closely with clinical educators, product and leadership to turn real training needs into software
- Help integrate AI models into coaching, simulation and performance feedback
- Partner with our global team and external lab support to bring the software and the simulation hardware together
- Bring the habits that make great teams work: code reviews, clear documentation, testing and honest communication
- Grow fast, owning bigger pieces of the product as we scale
What we're looking for
- Engineering experience at a large, high-performing technology organization
- Strong fundamentals in modern software development
- Curiosity about AI, and the drive to learn new stacks quickly
- Great behaviors and work ethic: you're reliable, collaborative and coachable, and you lift the people around you
- Clear, proactive communication with remote teammates and outside partners
- An interest in healthcare, education or hardware is a plus
