Experienced Aesthetic Injector, NP or PA | Revenue Share with Partnership Track

Arta is a boutique medical aesthetic practice in DC's West End/Georgetown, led by Dr. Safiyah West, DNP, FNP-BC. We practice preservation over correction: proactive, conservative, evidence-based aesthetics with deep expertise in diverse skin tones. Since opening in 2023, we have grown largely through word of mouth.

We are looking for an experienced NP or PA injector who wants more than a commission. This role starts on a revenue share and leads to equity in the practice for the right partner.

What you bring

• Active DC NP or PA license, or eligibility to obtain one
• At least 4 years of full-time injecting experience, including neuromodulators and full-face filler
• An established patient base (even if non solicited)
• A strong portfolio, including results on Fitzpatrick IV to VI skin
• A natural, restrained aesthetic and the judgment to tell a patient when less is more
• An entrepreneurial mindset and an interest in building something long term
