Java Manufacturing is the leading manufacturer of luxury outdoor furniture for the world’s most

prestigious hotels and brands. We work in Grade A teak and marine grade aluminium, alongside a

dedicated factory for bespoke luxury parasols and in house GFRC capability for planters and

bespoke pieces.

Our portfolio includes full outdoor furniture packages for Rosewood, Four Seasons, Equinox and

Nammos Resorts.

As we expand, we’re building a senior commercial team to lead the company into new markets and

win the next generation of landmark projects.

The role

We’re looking for a senior sales leader to own Java’s commercial and project sales pipeline across

the MENA region. You will win and deliver large scale FF&E and outdoor furniture packages for

hospitality, residential and mixed use developments, working from first specification conversation

through to contract award.

This role can be titled Sales Director, Senior Business Development Manager or Head of

Commercial & Hospitality Sales depending on the successful candidate’s experience.

What you’ll do

• Build and manage a pipeline of hotel, resort, residential and destination projects, from early

design stage through tender and contract

• Develop relationships with developers, owners, operators, interior designers, architects,

landscape architects and FF&E procurement firms

• Lead tenders, proposals and commercial negotiations on high value, multi thousand piece

packages

• Get Java specified early by working closely with design teams on bespoke and collection

pieces

• Work alongside our design and manufacturing teams to make sure what’s sold can be

delivered on time and to spec

• Represent Java at industry events and with clients at our Dubai showroom once open

• Report on pipeline, forecasts and revenue to the Co-CEO

What you’ll bring

• Proven senior sales or business development experience, with a track record of closing large

B2B project deals

• FF&E, hospitality, outdoor furniture or luxury interiors experience is strongly preferred

• An established network across developers, operators, designers and procurement

• Confidence leading complex, multi stakeholder tenders and negotiations

• A hands on approach: Comfortable building a sales pipeline as well as leading at a senior

level

• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage

• Willingness to travel, internationally including the Middle East and Indonesia
