Healthcare & Privacy Transactional Counsel/Associate

I am working closely with an AmLaw 100 Firm's elite, chambers ranked Health Law practice that's looking for a counsel/special counsel/associate to support an intersection of corporate health transactions and regulatory counseling with additional privacy and AI matters.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 6+ years with experience in transactional and regulatory healthcare matters as well as familiarity wit HIPAA and privacy compliance, state and global privacy matters, and AI governance
• Experience working directly with clients and managing deal streams while collaborating across internal teams
• Excellent academic credentials
• Willing to sit in Boston, DC, or NY

This is an opportunity to work with an elite healthcare team and growing and busy privacy team. Several positions are open pending the candidate's experience and interest: 1) Special Counsel (an off-track designation with negotiable comp/hours (reduced and normalized hours); 2) Of Counsel (on partner track counsel); 3) Senior Associate (on partner track). This could be an opportunity to step up from an associate title to counsel, or two move into a role that's off-track and allows you to continue receiving interesting, high-end work without the pressures of partnership and with potentially reduced or more flexible terms.
