Ideal candidates will have:
3-6 years of solid antitrust experience either in a law firm or government environment
Experience with a broad range of antitrust matters including handling antitrust merger review and merger‑related investigations, analyzing and preparing HSR filings and/or private and government litigation
Excellent academic credentials required
Prior federal judicial clerkship experience is a plus
