Labor & Employment Litigation Associate Attorney

Colorado has passed more employer-side law in five years than most states pass in twenty — pay transparency, the POWR Act, the non-compete overhaul — and the Denver employment litigators who know it cold have more work than their groups can staff.

An AmLaw 100 firm with a national labor & employment practice is hiring an employment litigation associate (2–5 years) in Denver. Base salary $210K–$260K depending on experience, plus bonus eligibility.

You'd take a real piece of every matter from the position statement through trial — class and collective actions, single-plaintiff cases, and agency charges — with depositions, motions, and arbitrations at your level, and counseling work for HR and executive clients as you grow into it.

The work includes:

• Wage and hour class and collective actions under the FLSA and Colorado wage law
• Single-plaintiff discrimination, retaliation, and harassment litigation under Title VII, the ADA, the FMLA, and CADA
• EEOC and Colorado Civil Rights Division charges, position statements, and mediations
• Employment counseling, compliance under Colorado's pay transparency and POWR Act regimes, and drafting employment and restrictive covenant agreements

What you bring:

• 2–5 years of labor & employment litigation experience at a firm
• Deposition, discovery, and motion practice reps in employment matters
• Strong writing and attention to detail; strong academics
• Colorado bar admission or the ability to waive in
