Our client, a well-established and highly respected AM Law firm, is looking to grow the team in their Washington, DC office through the addition of Partner level attorneys. Candidates can have experience in a variety of practice areas, including Energy, Intellectual Property, Commercial Litigation and Real Estate/Land Use.

Requirements of the role are:

• Juris Doctor
• Minimum of 8-10 years legal experience
• Admitted to practice in Washington DC, as well as neighboring states
• Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail with demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships

At this time, the good faith estimate of the annual base salary range for this position is $200,000 to $300,000 plus eligible for variable compensation in the form of commissions for closed business. Where a successful applicant is slotted within this range will vary based on legitimate criteria, such as years of experience, skill level and book of business.
