A prestigious boutique with a national presence and chambers ranked practice has an unposted need for a mid-to-senior associate to join its IP Litigation practice.
The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years (some flexibility for more senior potentially) of patent litigation and trial experience in the tech sector. A background in EE or CS is preferred, but candidates with an ME background and the right experience will be considered.
