This is an excellent opportunity for a high-achieving litigator from a top law firm with outstanding academic credentials who wants to step away from the traditional BigLaw model without sacrificing the quality of their work.
The firm handles complex, high-stakes litigation matters comparable to those handled by leading large law firms, representing sophisticated clients in significant commercial disputes.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of complex commercial litigation experience at a top law firm
- Outstanding academic credentials from a top law school
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Significant experience with discovery, motion practice, and depositions
- Excellent oral advocacy skills
- Federal clerkship experience is a plus
