We are seeking an experienced attorney to join a growing probate and estate planning practice in Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys guiding individuals and families through important estate-planning and administration matters.
Responsibilities:
Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate-planning documents
Handle probate and estate administration matters
Advise clients on asset protection, succession planning, and related issues
Manage matters independently while providing responsive client service
Qualifications:
Active Ohio law license
Experience with probate, estate planning, or estate administration
Strong drafting, communication, and client-service skills
