About this opportunity
Board-Certified Dermatologist —
Be the Face of Two South Florida Med Spa locations
Coral Gables & Pembroke Pines | Part-Time → Full-Time
We're two growing aesthetic med spas — one in Coral Gables, one in Pembroke Pines — looking for a dermatologist who wants to be more than a signature on a chart.
This is a visible, patient-facing role for someone who genuinely loves aesthetics and can make a consultation feel like the start of something exciting.
What you'll do
- Lead consultations and build treatment plans patients are genuinely excited about
- Perform and oversee injectables (neurotoxins, fillers), lasers, RF microneedling, chemical peels, body contouring, and skin rejuvenation
- Serve as clinical lead and medical oversight for our aesthetic team
- Represent the brand — in the treatment room, at events, and on social if that interests you
What we're looking for
- MD/DO, board-certified or board-eligible in dermatology
- Active, unrestricted Florida medical license and DEA
- Hands-on experience across the full aesthetic menu, not just one or two modalities
- A magnetic communicator — someone who can explain options clearly, build trust fast, and turn consults into long-term patients
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus — a large share of our patients prefer to be seen in Spanish
- High energy, polished presence, and a real interest in growing with a practice
What we offer
- Flexible part-time schedule with a defined path to full-time
- Competitive compensation with performance incentives
- Two established locations — Coral Gables and Pembroke Pines
- Full support staff, marketing, and administration — you focus on patients
- Input on equipment, service lines, and how we grow
---
Framing Spanish as "a strong plus" tied to patient communication is the right way to word it — making it a hard requirement is where language preferences can draw national-origin scrutiny.
