Prologue is working with a leading Nonprofit SaaS platform that is hiring a Senior Sales Manager to oversee its Mid-Market division. This role is ideal for a dynamic, data-driven sales leader with B2B SaaS and Nonprofit Tech experience who thrives in a high-growth, early-stage environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 7-10 Account Executives, driving performance and exceeding revenue goals.
- Own and oversee a team quota of $13M - $17M, ensuring consistent pipeline development and deal closures.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to scale Mid-Market growth and optimize team efficiency.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and training to AEs, fostering a high-performing sales culture.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 2+ years managing Mid-Market sales teams.
- Proven ability to manage and exceed a team quota of $13M - $17M.
- Nonprofit Tech Sales experience is required—deep understanding of the nonprofit ecosystem and its buying cycles.
- Background in early-stage, high-growth startups with a track record of building and scaling successful sales teams.
Compensation & Benefits
- Up to $220K - $240K OTE (Base + Commission) with a competitive compensation structure.
