Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting transaction execution – gather and validate deal information, prepare draft materials and trackers, and keep milestones and closing deliverables on schedule.
  • Assist with financial analysis – spread financial statements, calculate key credit metrics, update approved models, and run data checks and sensitivity updates.
  • Monitoring the portfolio – maintain covenant trackers, maturity schedules, and pipeline reports, and prepare portfolio review packs for management.
  • Work across teams – coordinate with Coverage, Credit, Legal, Tax, Credit Administration, and Operations to keep transactions moving.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or current advanced-stage study) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years’ experience in banking, corporate finance, credit, real estate finance, transaction support, or financial analysis (preferred).
