The team handles significant state and federal matters for businesses ranging from closely held companies to national corporations, with a track record that includes multi-million-dollar judgments, complex contract disputes and high-stakes commercial litigation.

The Role

• Run Matters Independently: Manage litigation from initial pleadings through discovery, motion practice, settlement and resolution.
• Complex Case Exposure: Handle significant commercial and broader civil disputes while collaborating with other senior litigators on larger matters.
• Client Responsibility: Take direct ownership of strategy, client communication and substantive work product.
• Hands-On Litigation: This is suited to an attorney who has genuinely run cases rather than worked in a narrow support capacity.

• Strong New Jersey litigation background required
