A well-established general contractor is seeking a Director of Preconstruction to lead its preconstruction function and drive its next phase of growth.
The role:
- Lead and develop the preconstruction team
- Drive design-build and design-assist pursuits from concept through GMP
- Own client relationships with owners, developers, and design partners
- Lead new business development and convert opportunities into projects
- Bring a strong commercial and financial lens to budgeting and risk
What you bring:
- 8+ years of GC preconstruction experience
- Design-build and/or design-assist background
- Track record on projects over $30M
- Commercially and financially driven
- Proven success in client relations and business development
- Based in Las Vegas, or has delivered multiple projects in the Las Vegas market
