Electrical Project Manager

Position Overview:

As the Electrical Construction Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of electrical construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. You will be responsible for coordinating with subcontractors, managing resources, and leading a team of professionals to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and finalize electrical construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects, addressing issues as they arise.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and manage project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• PMP certification is a plus.
