💼 Full-Time | Senior Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced, highly capable Director of Trucking Operations to take full ownership of our day-to-day transportation operations.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a proven trucking professional who understands every aspect of running a successful fleet operation.

We are looking for someone who has already managed trucking operations—not someone learning how to manage them.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

▪️ Lead and oversee all trucking operations, including dispatch, drivers, safety, maintenance, and fleet management.

▪️ Manage and develop operational teams while establishing clear accountability and performance expectations.

▪️ Take responsibility for fleet utilization, operational efficiency, cost control, and profitability.

▪️ Oversee DOT/FMCSA compliance, safety performance, and equipment readiness.

▪️ Manage customer relationships, resolve escalations, and maintain service quality.

▪️ Identify operational weaknesses, implement improvements, and drive measurable results.

▪️ Make independent, sound business decisions and take ownership of outcomes.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

✔️ Proven leadership experience managing a trucking fleet of comparable size.

✔️ Extensive knowledge of the trucking industry, including dispatch, driver management, maintenance, and safety.

✔️ Strong financial and operational management skills.

✔️ Demonstrated ability to lead teams, solve complex problems, and perform under pressure.

✔️ A proactive, disciplined, and accountable leadership style.

✔️ Someone who thinks like an owner, leads by example, and takes responsibility for the success of the operation.

We need a seasoned operations leader who can independently run a 30–40 truck operation, make critical decisions, and continuously improve performance.
