Senior Trade Operations Project Manager | Charles River OMS

A leading alternative investment manager is seeking a Senior Trade Operations Project Manager to lead the implementation and ongoing evolution of a firmwide Charles River platform supporting private credit, CLOs, structured products, and multi-asset strategies. This is a highly visible role focused on project delivery, stakeholder management, and technology transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Charles River OMS and Compliance implementation, enhancement, and integration projects.
• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, testing, training, and production rollouts.
• Partner with Portfolio Managers, Traders, Operations, Compliance, Technology, and external vendors to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Drive front-to-back process improvements, workflow automation, and operational scalability.
• Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical development teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management, business systems, or investment operations experience within asset management, hedge funds, or alternative investments.
• Hands-on experience delivering OMS, compliance, trading, or investment platform implementations.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional technology initiatives from requirements through deployment.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Charles River OMS/Compliance
• Trade lifecycle and investment operations
• Private Credit, CLOs, Structured Products, and Fixed Income
• SQL, XML, APIs, and data integrations
• Data mapping, ETL, reconciliations, and vendor management
