E-commerce & Logistics Assistant

CHK is a Miami-based housewares company. We distribute cookware, seasonal goods, and home decor through national retailers, Amazon, and dropship marketplaces. We’re a small team, so this role sees how a consumer products business runs from container to customer.

What you’ll do

• Draft Amazon listings (titles, bullet points, attributes) for new items, working with our Ecommerce Growth Manager.
• Support influencer outreach such as Amazon Creator Connections.
• Run quality checks: pull samples from the warehouse to investigate customer complaints, such as a color or defect issue, and report what you find.
• Photograph new products when containers arrive, and coordinate professional shoots when needed.
• Answer customer emails and the occasional phone call, including replacement-part requests.
• Occassionally process daily dropship orders (Amazon, Macy’s, Wayfair, and others) through NetSuite, EDI, and CommerceHub, from order receipt to shipping label. You’ll be the primary backup for this work.

What we’re looking for

• Detail-oriented: you check your own work before someone else has to. This is KEY.
• Fluent English and Spanish, written and spoken
• Strong Excel skills
• Growing AI skills
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and move between the office and the warehouse
• A bachelor’s degree or 1 to 2 years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, or customer service

Nice to have: NetSuite, EDI, CommerceHub/TrueCommerce, Amazon Seller or Vendor Central, basic product photography

2. Investigation: A review says a pan we list as black arrived green. What would you check, and in what order, before anyone replies to the customer?
3. Catalog: Write an Amazon product title for a 10-inch pre-seasoned cast iron skillet, under 200 characters.
4. Systems: Which of these have you used: NetSuite, EDI/CommerceHub, Amazon Seller or Vendor Central, Excel (XLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros, powerBI)? Pick one and describe a specific task you did with it.
5. AI: What is your favorite AI hack, tip, tool or recent discovery? and/or: What's your favorite way you've used AI recently.
