• Leading the 2nd shift packaging team, maintaining top-tier quality and compliance.
• Managing the planning, scheduling, and execution of packaging activities.
• Overseeing adherence to cGMP standards, FDA, OSHA, and internal guidelines.
• Utilizing ERP tools to ensure accurate data management for all packaging tasks.
