The Role
The firm is seeking a Tax Manager to oversee a portfolio of clients, review work, and help lead the tax team. This is a key role with real visibility and a clear path forward for the right person.
What You’ll Do
- Review federal and state returns, including 1040, 1041, 1120, 1120S, and 1065
- Manage a portfolio of business, individual, and trust and estate clients
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on tax planning and compliance matters
- Oversee engagements from planning through completion
- Train, mentor, and develop seniors and staff
- Work closely with partners on client strategy and firm growth
What They’re Looking For
- Strong public accounting tax background with review experience
- Experience with high net worth individuals, closely held businesses, and trusts and estates
- CPA strongly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and lead a team
- Excellent client communication skills
- Someone interested in long-term growth and taking on more responsibility over time
