Compensation
- $60,000–$70,000 base + bonus
What You'll Be Doing
- Owning monthly, quarterly, and year-end close for assigned properties and entities
- Reconciling balance sheet and bank accounts; building reporting packages
- Running AP from coding through approval
- Booking accruals, reclasses, and acquisition/disposition entries
- Preparing CAM reconciliations and reviewing tenant AR
- Capitalizing fixed assets and tracking budget vs. actual
- Partnering with property managers, asset managers, and tenants
What You'll Need to be Considered
- Property accounting experience, ideally commercial or multi-property
- Yardi or another real estate accounting platform
- CAM/operating expense reconciliation exposure
- Fixed asset capitalization experience
- Onsite in Pensacola; relocation required if out of area
- Willingness to complete a property accounting assessment
