Job Title: ServiceNow Lead Product Owner
Location: Reston, VA (Hybrid – Onsite once a week)
Duration: 12 Months Contract-to-Hire
Experience: 8+ Years
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
Interview Process: 2 Rounds – Second Round In Person
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
- Experience with ServiceNow CRM modules preferred; ITSM experience is acceptable.
- 8+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or related technical roles.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and product development lifecycle.
- Experience managing product roadmaps, product backlogs, release planning, and stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to define product vision, prioritize requirements, and align solutions with business objectives.
- Experience with product KPIs, business metrics, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy, roadmap development, and prioritization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Owners, and Scrum teams.
- Manage product backlogs, releases, and business requirements.
- Ensure product functionality aligns with business needs.
- Facilitate sprint planning, refinement sessions, and product reviews.
- Identify opportunities, manage risks, and improve customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare industry experience.
- Experience working with enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
