Despite its local feel, this established firm works with clients across the country and handles a very high volume of work during busy season. The team is small, experienced, and remarkably stable. One staff member has been there thirty years, another twenty, and another ten. In public accounting, that level of retention says a lot.

Like any CPA firm; busy season is intense but predictable. February, March and April will be 10-15 hours of overtime per week.

However, overtime is paid at time and a half.

From Memorial Day through Labor Day, you'll get additional PTO when the work schedule is quieter with a 4-day working week.

The firm is growing and is now looking for a senior tax professional. The long term goal is for this person to manage and grow their own client portfolio.
