Controller opportunity with a highly regarded alternative investment manager overseeing $25B+ in assets, with a diversified investment platform that includes a significant real estate component.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned accounting professional to step into a senior leadership position with broad exposure to investment accounting, portfolio reporting, complex ownership structures, and a sophisticated investment platform.

COMPENSATION:

Base - $165,000 to $185,000

Bonus - 60% to 80%

Total Compensation - $285,000 to $325,000

*** Compensation commensurate with experience ***

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee accounting and financial reporting across a diversified investment portfolio

• Oversee periodic financial reporting, consolidations, and investor-related deliverables

• Coordinate annual audit activities and work closely with external accounting professionals

• Review underlying investment and property-level financial information

• Assist with debt-related reporting and compliance requirements

• Serve as a senior point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners

THE FIRM:

• Established alternative investment manager with $25B+ in AUM

• 3 Days Per week in Manhattan

• Significant presence in the real estate investment space

• Sophisticated accounting, reporting, and investment operations environment

• Opportunity to work closely with senior investment and finance professionals
