Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

American Radiator is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team! We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented person who can build customer relationships, answer product questions, and help customers in the heavy-duty truck and equipment markets find the right parts.

Responsibilities:

• Sell radiators, cooling system parts, and related components to new and existing customers
• Help customers by phone, email, and in person with product selection, pricing, and orders
• Prospect and reach out to potential customers to develop new business
• Follow up on quotes and open sales opportunities
• Hit monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Resolve customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally
• Keep customers informed about new products and services
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in our CRM

Required:

• Experience in sales, customer service, parts sales, or a related field
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
• Ability to juggle multiple customer requests and work well with a team

Preferred:

• Knowledge of the heavy-duty truck and construction equipment markets
