Elevate is partnering with local Omaha organization to bring on a hands on Accounting Manager to support continued growth and increasing operational complexity. This individual will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financials while helping evolve processes as the business scales. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys handling the day-to-day accounting work but also enjoys being the financial systems expert. This is a very forward-looking, growth-oriented company where no two days look the same. Key Responsibilities

• Lead core accounting activities, including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Serve as the primary accounting/finance subject matter expert for NetSuite
• Partner with FP&A and business leaders to provide accurate financial information and reporting.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency withing the accounting and finance departments
