The team sits at the intersection of private equity value creation and commercial strategy, working directly with investment teams and portfolio companies to drive tangible growth and unlock value.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering high-impact commercial strategy engagements for private equity investors and portfolio companies.
• Developing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to accelerate growth and improve business performance.
• Working closely with senior stakeholders to solve complex commercial challenges.
• Leading project workstreams, managing client relationships and developing junior team members, depending on seniority.
• Contributing to business development and the continued growth of the practice.

• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading workstreams and managing teams, particularly at Manager and Senior Manager level.
• Private equity and portfolio company experience is highly desirable.
