• Direct reporting to adjusters and carrier clients, so your judgment is what they hear

Why it's worth a look

The salary range is wide on purpose. A mid level attorney and a counsel level lawyer can both be paid properly within it. Senior attorneys take the larger exposure files, lead trials, supervise others and build client relationships of their own, with a path to partner that is discussed openly rather than hinted at.

West Palm Beach also sits in a useful spot. It's busy enough to give you real trial exposure, and close enough to Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale that a strong reputation travels quickly up and down the coast.
