Assistant Project Manager – Construction (Owner Side)
ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client owns and operates Commercial properties across the US and is looking to add an Assistant Project Manager to its growing in-house construction project management team.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Support the delivery of a wide range of construction projects as the owner’s Assistant Project Manager, working with experienced project managers from planning through completion. Project values tend to range from $5-50MM.
DUTIES
- Assist with bids, contracts, change orders and project documentation.
- Assist with project scheduling.
- Help manage budgets, schedules and project reporting.
- Coordinate contractors, consultants and internal teams.
- Occasional travel across the Northeast to project sites.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of one years of experience working for a General Contractor
- Construction or related degree
