Freckle is hiring its first Head of Influencer & Creator Partnerships to help build and run the creator engine that drives our growth across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and podcasts. This is an on-site job based out of our office in Tribeca, NY.
About Freckle
Freckle is a consumer hardware company building right-sized technology for all ages. Our first product is a phone for kids aged 7 & up that's built for real-world adventure.
We opened pre-orders in September to coverage in Fast Company, The Verge, Dezeen, Engadget and others, and sold out our first production run in under a week. Our first devices ship to families this December.
The role
We're looking for an Influencer & Creator Partnerships Manager to make creators one of Freckle's core growth channels. Reporting to our Growth Lead, you'll build relationships with creators who share our values, orchestrate gifting and seeding campaigns, broker content partnerships, and develop and launch our affiliate and ambassador programs.
Key responsibilities
- Find creators and advocates whose values and audiences fit Freckle, and build long-term relationships with them
- Run influencer campaigns end-to-end, from initial outreach and briefing to contracting, managing timelines and deliverables across two main tracks:
- Gifting and seeding: getting Freckle into the right hands, from choosing who receives a device and setting expectations to managing shipping and following up on the content that comes back
- Content partnerships: from one-off integrations to multi-video series that show Freckle in real use, outdoors and with friends, including negotiating fees and usage rights
- Work with our performance agency and social team to amplify creator content and build it into the wider marketing mix
- Develop, launch and manage our affiliate and ambassador programs, including recruitment, onboarding, tracking and rewards
- Report on results and recommend ways to improve ROI
- Keep on top of creator economy developments and share insights with the broader team
What you'll bring
- 4+ years in the influencer, creator and partnership marketing space
- Extensive experience running influencer programs of all shapes and sizes, and a clear sense of what makes a campaign or partnership work
- Hands-on experience running gifting, affiliate or ambassador programs, and familiarity with the platforms behind them (e.g. Grin, LTK, ShareASale)
- A strong network, and the relationship skills to turn one-off collaborations into long-term partnerships that work for everyone at the table
- Excellent project management: you keep lots of moving parts on track
- Comfort with data: you can read performance, explain it clearly and keep iterating to improve results
- A scrappy startup mindset

- Experience with consumer hardware or family and parenting brands
- An existing network of creators kids love and parents trust
- Experience producing, directing and editing creator content
The details
- Location: New York City, in person at our Tribeca office
- Salary: $95-$115,000 + equity
