The tax work itself can be shaped somewhat around where your experience and interests sit.

• If you are a generalist Tax Manager, there is plenty of work across closely held businesses, S Corps, partnerships and their owners, with exposure to planning, consulting and M&A work.
• If your background leans more towards high net worth individuals, trusts and estates, that side of the firm is continuing to grow too. Their clients range from retirees through to significantly high net worth individuals and families.
• If you enjoy compilations and financial statements alongside tax, there is an opportunity to stay involved there as that area continues to grow across the firm.

More than anything, they want someone who genuinely cares about offering a good service and likes being part of the wider picture for clients. Someone who enjoys becoming a trusted advisor rather than only focusing on compliance work.

You will work closely with experienced Partners, have direct exposure to clients and be involved in more than simply reviewing returns.

Several of the Partners here came from larger firm backgrounds and intentionally chose to build something different.
