Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Epic Tapestry Analyst to support healthcare payer operations, application configuration, troubleshooting, and system enhancements. The candidate should have strong knowledge of health plan administration, eligibility and enrollment, and utilization management.
Key Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Epic Tapestry in a healthcare payer environment.
- Knowledge of health plan operations, eligibility, enrollment, and utilization management.
- Experience in application configuration, testing, and production support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Epic Certifications:
- Tapestry Health Plan Essentials
- Tapestry Eligibility and Enrollment Administration
- Tapestry Utilization Management Administration
