Family Law Attorney

Folkestad Fazekas Barrick & Patoile, P.C., a general practice firm located in Castle Rock, CO, is seeking an experienced attorney with excellent courtroom skills to join our family law and criminal law team.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Colorado Bar in Good Standing.
• The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3-5 years of successful experience representing family and/or criminal clients.
• Excellent writing, advocacy skills, research, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive legal representation to clients from inception to resolution.
• Draft court pleadings, legal memos, and correspondence.
• Oversee discovery matters.
• Independently represent clients in court hearings and mediations.
• Effectively communicate with clients to execute strategic plans and manage client expectations.

What we offer:

Compensation range for this position is highly competitive at $130,000 - $145,000, depending on skills and experience.
