Connecting Pieces is seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) as well as LMFTA/LMHCA Associate level therapists to join our growing practice in Valparaiso, Indiana.

We are dedicated to providing high-quality, client-centered mental health services to individuals, children, adolescents, and families in our community. We are looking for a clinician who is passionate about helping others, values meaningful therapeutic relationships, and is committed to making a lasting impact.

Position Details

✅ Independent Contractor (1099)

Qualifications

• Active Indiana LMFT or LMHC license
• Active Indiana LMFTA or LMHCA license
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Experience working with individuals, children, adolescents, and families preferred
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
